Praying for others also helps us recognize the blessings that God, Creator, Universe, Spirit gives us daily!
What is prayer? To pray is to talk to God. When you pray, you tell him your desires, wishes, and requests whether they be for yourself or someone else.  
When praying, don't worry about how your prayer is worded. Our conversation with God should be just as you would talk to your friends or family.
