During the time that I was in the Trauma Chamber, I uncovered many things that apparently had been buried in my subconscious for a very long time. I felt that my daughter was really pushing on my buttons during this time, lots of heightened emotions. What it was showing me was that I really needed to be strong, to stand in my power, to stay true to my word. But also, I feel it was bringing up some feelings of guilt within to come up to be healed. Guilt around not being a good parent, not giving enough of my time, not being enough and having to do it all on my own which leads me to then over give it to not stand my ground as I’m trying to please and make things right by giving in to easily. A lot of trauma I incurred during my marriage came up. It was the very caustic words/behaviour of family members and the complete lack of protection from my husband which emboldened the bad behaviour. I now see it was a reflection on them and not me (for years they kept picking up on things they said were “wrong” with me). I haven’t seen any of these family members for months but saw one yesterday and realized I wasn’t scared of them anymore!
I also released the trauma of feeling abandoned by my adult children as they both left for university this year. I actually now see that this new time in my life is a time of freedom to choose how I want to spend my time. - PC
This healing chamber has been so amazing! I entered it as I had had a lot of emotional and sexual healing that I had to do from growing up. As I entered, a lot of things came up for me and situations that were uncomfortable, but I knew that they were coming up to heal. I would think back to certain experiences and situations that I had been in when I was younger and before I would get angry and sad about them. Yet, as I kept in this healing chamber, these emotions started to slowly disappear. I can now look back and things that happened to me and not feel anything, which just shows that I have completely healed from them. I don’t get triggered anymore with things that remind me those experiences and it has been such a blessing. I used to be addicted to caffeine. I have always looked forward to my coffee in the morning. But lately, my body has been saying no to this morning drink. I will pour myself a cup, enjoy the aroma, and the warm cup in my hand. But after my first two sips, I don’t want any more. I feel jittery and get a headache. I believe the chamber helped me realize that this is not good for me. Too many toxins. - LB
At the time at the start of the chamber I found my addiction to junk food was triggered as I felt like I craved and ate anything and everything that was ‘bad’ and sugar rich! But as the week went on, this settled down. Susan Kennard
Susan who is known as a Spiritual Scientist originally trained in psychology and psychotherapy over 20 years ago. In the last 12 years added many energy healing modalities to her practice. Susan has an extensive toolbox which has allowed her to create her own unique way of working.
