There were things I didn’t understand but know my Soul wanted me to be present for. The infinity symbol grid was very helpful! My ability to visualize has been shut down for most of my adult life, but I was able to see that! Of course, I engage my other senses. Energy has been new to me and I originally began working with another healer just for my own healing.
